The desert is HOT..VERY HOT. We are fortunate to be able to engineer our intercoolers in the desert where they can be put to the test. Cooling is a fundamental aspect of all forced induction engines and the 997TT is no different. Our 997TT ClubSport intercoolers help reduce heat by lower restriction and improved airflow design. Our hand built aerospace intercooler cores are the latest in technology and incorporate our smooth flow cast aluminum and polished end tanks. Improved flow is attributed to CAD engineered end tanks, smoother airflow path and larger diameter inlet and outlet diameters. The final product offers ~ 35% better flow while lowering charge air temperatures
An EVOMS Performance System is meticulously engineered from preliminary ideas where the EVOMS design team analyzes specific performance criteria. ECU programming and components are researched, CAD designed, 3D modelled, prototyped and manufactured to meet those strategic goals. On rare occasions we choose a sourced component and is integrated into our development process based on stringent testing on the Dyno, street, and track. Next, systematic analysis is conducted where reengineering, further testing and tuning is performed and refinements are made, sculpting the final system.

*If upgrading past our EVT620/650R performance system in the future, we recommend upgrading to our 70mm exhaust system. Our 70mm system is designed for power levels up to 750hp. There is a $1400 upgrade charge however the 70mm exhaust comes with our enlarged 70mm twin exhaust tips.

Performance Data: When we finalized the tuning on our new ClubSport line of EVT Performance Systems for the 997TT, we decided to run it out at the drag strip. The car we tested was a 2007 997TT - 6-Speed. The best time we posted was a 10.99 @ 127.13 with an overall best speed of 128.25 MPH. We ran into some SERIOUS traction issues due to how hard the car can launch. The car cut a best 60 time of a 1.625 which is great for this platform 911 turbo.
