Next, the non-descript box is replaced with a stylish, colorful air-to-water intercooler featuring a bar-and-plate core with increased core volume and a single-pass coolant flow layout for optimal heat transfer. Adding to both these improvements is Mishimotos larger full-aluminum heat exchanger providing increased external fin surface area and core volume.
